About us, who is Bosta? 

We would like to introduce our team to you at the bottom of this page.

BOSTA stands for Belgian Office and Stationary Trade Association and is the Belgian trade federation of manufacturers, importers and distributors of paper and stationery, office and school supplies, hobby items, luggage products, greeting cards and greeting items, gadgets and related products.

-At least three meetings per year at unique locations and with catered dinner, free of charge for our members.

-You are always up to date with the latest news in our industry and receive relevant information that is of real use to you. Free Bosta E-news for and by members, free to all of Script's approximately 3,000 contact addresses

-The Paper Show is organized annually by Bosta. There are very favorable booth prices for exhibitors and substantial additional discounts for Bosta members. For professional visitors, admission is completely free.

-With Responsible Office, Bosta carries the sustainability of our industry.

​Through training and the website, we are the intermediary between have industry and governments and manufacturers and Responsible Office Distributors.

-We are a bilingual federation. Dutch and French. Some communications are also available in English. Everyone can speak their own language and we encourage this. For our members from the Netherlands we make sure that they too can follow the communications.

-But above all we are a friendly group of passionate people who love this industry and like to network with each other in a friendly and informal way.

​-We love fair play. Your membership fee is therefore proportional to your sales figure and your position in the industry. Distributors pay a modest membership fee. For manufacturers and importers, the membership fee is also democratic and depends on the turnover in Belgium.
